Terms of Service
Last updated 3 October 2026
Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and EC Digital Limited ("we", "us") for your use of the Idlefell app and this website. By playing, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Idlefell. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.
Who can play
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use Idlefell. If you're under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission, especially before buying a membership.
Your account
- You start as a guest. If you don't link Apple or Google, your progress lives only on that install and can be lost if you delete the app.
- You're responsible for activity on your account. Don't share or sell it.
- Usernames must not be offensive, impersonate someone else, or infringe anyone's rights. We may change or remove a username that breaks this rule.
Memberships
- Idlefell is free to play, with an optional paid membership that unlocks the full game.
- Memberships are sold by the Apple App Store or Google Play and billed to your store account. Prices are shown before you buy.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. You can manage or cancel in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app doesn't cancel a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. Where the law gives you a right to a refund, nothing here limits it.
Virtual items
Coins, items, levels and everything else in the game have no real-world value and can't be exchanged for money. You get a limited, personal licence to use them in the game; you don't own them. We may rebalance, change or remove in-game content to keep the game fair and fun.
Fair play
Please don't:
- cheat, exploit bugs, or use bots, mods or tools that alter the game or its timers;
- tamper with, reverse engineer, or overload our servers;
- sell or trade accounts or in-game items for real money;
- use Idlefell for anything unlawful.
If you do, we may reset progress, or suspend or close your account.
Our game
Idlefell, its art, music, code and names belong to us or our licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for your own entertainment. Feedback you send us can be used to improve the game without any obligation to you.
Changes and availability
We're always working on the game, so features will change. We may suspend or end the service. If we shut Idlefell down, we'll give reasonable notice in the game where we can.
Disclaimers and liability
Idlefell is provided "as is". We don't promise it will always be available or free of bugs, or that progress will never be lost. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
Ending
You can stop playing and delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy). These terms continue to apply to anything that happened before then.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [country / state]. If you're a consumer, you also keep any protections given by the law where you live, and can bring a claim in your local courts.
Apple
If you got Idlefell from the App Store, these terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple isn't responsible for the app or its support, and Apple's standard licensed application end user licence agreement also applies.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and tell you in the game if a change is significant. Continuing to play means you accept the new terms.
